The principle of the concrete polishing technique is to make the calcium ions in the concrete become firm by reaction of, the silicon content in the concrete silicon crystal hardening agent and the free calcium ions in the concrete, to increase the hardness and the abrasion resistance of the concrete so that the hardness of the concrete can reach Mohs 8,
 because the concrete silicon carbide hardener will completely penetrate into the cement, so it will not increase the thickness of the concrete itself. It can live as long as a building, do not worry about the issue of late maintenance.


Concrete construction process:


1. First with 60 #
metal  grinding discs initial grinding the concrete ground that has been maintenance (Old and new ground can be), remove the mud floating layer. (If the ground strength is not good, you can first use silicon hardening agent to enhance the hardness and then grinding)

On the ground that has been initial grinding, spilled and scribble concrete silicon carbide hardener, push evenly open.


3. After using concrete silicon crystal hardener 4 hours, followed by 50 #, 150 #, 300 #, 500 # diamond resin grinding pads to fine grinding.

Spilled and scribble concrete silicon carbide hardener again, so that the ground becomes more strong and Wear-resistant.

After the concrete silicon carbide hardener  dry , using high-speed polishing machine with a diamond polishing pad polishing.
