Wet polishing pad, also known as flexible polishing pad, is a flexible processing tool,  which made from the composite material and diamond abrasive,  Its back stick Velcro cloth, attached to adapter of portable grinder, It can be used to polish  the stone, Ceramic, glass, floor tiles and other materials.  In addition, it can also be used shaped processing, repair and restoration for marble, concrete, cement floor, terrazzo, artificial stone, Glazed tiles.

Wet polishing pad’s  features: aggressive grinding ability, durability, good softness, clarity, good gloss, is the ideal stone grinding tool, the whole process is divided into coarse grinding, medium grinding, fine grinding, polishing four stages, after processed, the gloss of the stone would over 90 °.

The use of wet polishing pad: diamond wet flexible pads are suitable for portable electric grinder or pneumatic grinder , Velcro-backing adapter connection, power 750-1500W, rotation 2000-10000 rpm. While working with water, to exert a certain pressure on the surface of the stone being grinded 4-5 times, then you can change finer grit wet pad.

Many people are accustomed to using wet polishing pad, because it grinding deeper,  less scratches, and there will be no dust. Relatively, dry grinding creates larger dust and more scratches left.

This is what we all understand and agree with. In fact, a single wet polishing pad cannot meet all kinds of floors, especially the ground with extremely poor strength and serious sand. Such a ground can not be soaked in water, and if the wet grinding may see loess, it does not matter, we can choose dry grinding,  polish  as long as the ground to ensure clean ground without sand into the plate there will be no scratches. The ground with dry grinding will be more delicate, gloss better.
