We use it for cleaning up small concrete surfaces (that need repairs) and it really works great. we added a dust cover to our angle grinders and hooked it up to a vacuum and now no one avoids any grinding.

I used the grinder to take off a few high spots on the concrete with this tool. This tool seems really well made and I used it quite a bit but I can't really tell if it wore it down at all.
