These tools worked as expected and showed only maybe 10% wear after the job was done. I highly recommend wet grinding if you can deal with the mess. No dust at all, and it's a little quieter.

I needed to level my concrete slab in order to install slate tile. This grinding tool is from half to a third the cost of comparable tools sold at the local store, so I figured it was worth a shot. The slab was ground perfectly flat and now I'm good to go with the tile. Also, the tool showed no appreciable wear after its first use.
